My wife and I have lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years. The complex is in a park like setting, has a pool. I wish there was a community center. The maintenance crew is competent and responds quickly to our concerns. The rent is very reasonable and yearly increases do not break the bank. We live in a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and an open room that we use as office space. We also have a balcony that is used frequently in warm weather. Each building has laundry facilities of their own. Landing Heights offers a discount for Seniors.

Other than the summer inconvenience of two full complex power outages this year, space is awesome amenities like pool/balcony are great! If you want to live here, plan ahead. Everyone loves it and the neighbors are very kind and open to talking. It truly is a nice neighborhood.

P.S.
Am I going to have to buy a generator?! 2 full complex power outages due to the same tree in 1 month?! Can we just cut down the dead/dying trees already?

2024 Mar: Victoria has been an indispensable aid in our application process. Landing Heights is still far and away our top choice, and so I cannot understate the value Victoria has provided to us.
2024 Feb: While we have only just entered the early application process, I must say that Victoria in the office has been exceptionally responsive and diligent in helping us get closer to moving into our top desired living location in Rochester. I expect to update with more positive news as things continue favorably.
2024 Jan: Victoria was super helpful, going above and beyond as we sought to identify an available unit and to submit an application in a sufficiently timely manner.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it!! Anne was amazing while working in the leasing office and Victoria seems to be on top of things just the same! The maintenance crew is incredible and address maintenance requests asap. The units are very spacious and great open floor plans. The kitchens are relatively updated, large, and a lot of cupboard and counter space.

I have lived at Landing Heights for close to 3 years. What I love about it is that I can count on my apartment being maintained when I have any issues. Not only am I confident that my concerns will be acknowledged, but if something needs to be looked it, it happens within minutes or hours of me contacting the office. Anne is awesome....she is so positive and helpful. The property is quiet, beautiful, well-maintained, and located perfectly. I love living here. 🙂
